Our refund and returns policy

We want you to love every Goosey Moo purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

To initiate a return, please email us at hello@gooseymoo.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different size. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Please contact us before sending any item back.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

Faulty or incorrect items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will arrange a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be returned. Sale items cannot be refunded.
