How do the magnetic buttons work?

Our magnetic closures use small, safety-tested magnets sewn into the fabric panels. Simply bring the two sides of the onesie together and they snap into place automatically — no fiddling, no misalignment. They are strong enough to stay secure through movement and washing, but gentle enough to open easily with one hand.

Are the magnets safe for babies?

Yes. The magnets are fully enclosed within the fabric and have been tested to meet safety standards for children’s clothing. They pose no risk of ingestion and are safe for everyday wear.

Can I put the onesie in the washing machine?

Yes. Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low or air dry. Do not iron directly over the magnetic closures.

What is the difference between the cotton and bamboo onesie?

Both onesies feature our signature magnetic closure. The Classic Cotton Onesie is made from 100% GOTS certified organic cotton — naturally breathable and ideal for sensitive skin. The Bamboo Stretch Onesie is made from 92% bamboo and 8% spandex, giving it a silkier feel with added stretch and moisture-wicking properties. Many parents buy both to try!

What does GOTS certified mean?

GOTS stands for Global Organic Textile Standard. It is the world’s leading certification for organic fibres, ensuring that the cotton is grown without pesticides or harmful chemicals, and that ethical labour practices are followed throughout the supply chain.

Sizing

What sizes do you offer?

We offer 7 sizes: Newborn, 0–3M, 3–6M, 6–9M, 9–12M, 12–18M, and 18–24M.

What size should I buy?

If your baby is between sizes or on the heavier side for their age, we recommend sizing up. Our onesies are true to size but have a comfortable, non-restrictive fit. Refer to our size guide for measurements.

Orders and delivery

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery within Singapore takes 3–5 business days. Express delivery takes 1–2 business days. See our shipping page for full details.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly, but please email us at hello@gooseymoo.com as soon as possible if you need to make a change. We will do our best to accommodate your request before dispatch.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within Singapore only. International shipping is coming soon — sign up to our mailing list to be notified.

Returns and refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items in original packaging. Please see our full refund and returns policy for details.

What if I received the wrong item or a faulty product?

We are so sorry if this happened. Please email us at hello@gooseymoo.com within 7 days of receiving your order and we will arrange a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.
